Shipping Policy
SmartFly wants your package to come safe and fast. We make sure you have full access to tracking your package every step of the delivery process. We want to make sure our customers are happy with their purchase. Once we ship our product, you will get a notification that it shipped. It will typically come within 6-8 business days. If it has been past 8 days, please call or email our customer service and we will do our best to solve that problem.
Return & Exchange Policy
SmartFlys return policy is within 30 days of your purchase and there must be no damage done to the product when returning. If the product came damaged, please call or email our customer service so we can take care of the damaged product. If you wish to exchange a product for another, call or email and we will help you exchange for another product. If you exchange for a product that costs more you must pay the difference. If you exchange for less, you either will get the extra money back. You cannot exchange past 30 days.
