How long will it take to get my order?
Orders usually take 3-5 business days. Depending on how big your order is then the shipping process may take longer. If you need your order on a specific date, we have express shipping to get your orders to you quickly. When your order is placed you will get a conformation and an order number to tack the process of your package. Once your order is shipped you will get an email and your SmartFly luggage will be with you in no time!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! SmartFly ships to countries all over the world. Although, when our products are being shipped out to countries across the globe, the delivery of our products may take longer. Approximately 5-7 business days. You will still be able to track your SmartFly product.
What are the payment options?
